my acer aspire v5-473g shift keys are not working. i tried uninstalling/instaling keyboard driver but still not working

Did you reboot in between uninstalling and reinstalling it? If you didn't then you need to redo it. Uninstall the driver, reboot and then it should be installed on its own.
If that doesn't work (or that is what you did) then you should try attaching an external keyboard and see if it will work. If it works, then it is probably a hardware issue with the attached keyboard.
