Basically, I had issues with downloading off the Windows Store. I came across this solution on Tom's Hardware:

I followed the instructions but have since realised it is a terrible idea to set anything to unrestricted. Basically, it looks like I opened myself to malicious code and now desperately need to fix what I've done. How do I fix it, and how do I check (through logs, etc) if anyone took advantage of my vulnerability?
