I was playing a casual game of dota that i have been since i bought the laptop a year ago, and the laptop suddenly almost stopped the fps dropped from 60 to 5. This has never happened, i tried everything i found online (I thought it was software) i reinstalled windows 10, i updated all the drivers, apps, windows updates, i even scanned the whole laptop with windows defender, nothing has helped me so far, and right now even chrome is slow. Im suspecting a faulty ram cause the task manager gives 30-40% usage all the time but im not sure, cause the memory diagnostics test showed nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
Those readings of cpu speed and temps appear to me normal.

Low speed was probably the result of idle speeds as Window's power plan kicks in.

Do some testing like running 3D mark keeping an eye on temps https://www.futuremark.com/support/downloads

If it's heat related might be an idea to inspect for dust buildup in fans and around heatsinks inside the laptop. There might be a tutorial on youtube on your model how to open the under cover to your laptop if your not sure how. Search any terms that would require to open it like replacing a hdd, optical drive or memory.

Next time the slow down happens look at the speed your laptop is running at and check task manager for any process using lots of cpu or memory.
