Hi. I have a 3 week old ROG GL502VM and i noticed a problem since last week. Whenever I turn on my laptop, after the ROG logo, the screen flashes BLUE before showing the (username and password option in the screen, idk what it's called). But then, whenever i turn my laptop on, after the ROG logo, it goes BLACK. I had to turn it off then turn it on again so it may work, what could the cause of this be? I remember having this problem as soon as I updated my windows. I only have CAD, Dota, CSGO in my laptop and no viruses so far, could this be a software or hardware problem? does resetting my laptop help?
