I want a laptop which is fast , has good graphics ,ram of atleast 8gb or more and should support software like auto cad

Assuming you are talking about Rupee currency, that is about $1,000 USD, that is enough to get you a laptop with a 1050 video card maybe even a 1060 card, at least in the US market. MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, Sager, Clevo all make good gaming systems http

For the lower prices you will have to compromise between the video card and hard drive speed. You can get a faster video card but without a solid state hard drive, or a slower video card but with a much faster hard drive. Or you can buy your own drive later if you want a solid state.
