Help me! Which is better?

I want to ask something about a laptop i want to buy. The main use of the laptop is for programming/video rendering/autocad. I have two choices. The first one is the Asus Gl702Vs and the second is the Msi Gs63vr 7rf stealth pro 4k. Both of them come with the i7-7700hq. The difference is that the msi has a 4k screen with a gtx 1060 whereas the Asus has a Fhd screen with the Gtx1070. Also the Asus has 24Gb of ram whereas the Msi has 16Gb of ram. What do you think? Should i prefer a 4k screen with gtx1060 or a Fhd screen with gtx1070??Help me please!

FHD screen with the GTX1070 will 'last longer' before the GPU can't handle contemporary games. GPU is essentially 50% faster and has a 1/4 the workload to do.

A GTX1060 will struggle 4K gaming today, so you will be running at 1080p anyway if you want decent frame rates.

On the other hand, when not gaming, you would have access to a 4K screen. If this is also going to be used for productivity purposes then it has some merit.

1060 is not really sufficient for 4k so that is a strike against the MSI from beginning
The extra 8 GB of ram will help for rendering and autocad and so will the extra cuda cores in the 1070.

This makes the Asus the clear winner.
