laptop battery taking long time to charge

Sounds like either the charger or the battery are going (or both). I would start by trying to charge it when turned completely off. Not sleep or hibernate, but off. If it charges quickly then, you should check the laptop for any software that could be draining it while it is try to charge and is on. If that doesn't resolve it then I would test the charger on another device and see if it works fine. If not, replace it. If it does, then it is time for a new battery.

i am had two battery , one tak ~ 2-3 hours to charge , another 10-11 hours , same power , can't charge while computer off ( Plugged Adapter ) , is there any words , tks ...
