Not to me.
I believe the Asus Zephyrus has a 120Hz screen, and may be quieter. Possibly other differences but nothing I would personally be willing to pay that much more for.
The GL502VS has both 4K and 1080p screens (both 60Hz) so different pricing.
*just FYI, but for many games I'd look into setting a CAP of about 55FPS so that the games will stay in GSYNC mode. Not sure how to do that per game though if not an official tool NVInspector should work just to set individual FPS caps.
