Hello,
I am looking to get new speakers for pc, main purpose is listening to music so sound quality is the most important part. I'll also use them for watching movies
I currently own JBL Creature III, but I need to get another pair anyway, so I thought I'd get a better one and have JBL ones in my secondary workplace.
I've been looking into Edifier R1280T, as they have good reviews and I can get them for 65 euros.
Are there any other good value speakers on their line-up?
Logitech has a wide selection of counterparts, but their lineup is too confusing for me so maybe someone can help me with picking out the suitable ones.
Any other brand suggestions are welcome. The price range should be around the R1280T. 2.0 or 2.1 it doesn't matter.
I have some questions about R1280T. They should be active speakers and I get the difference of having amp in them, but in terms of sound quality, which ones are generally better, passive or active? Also the wiring is confusing for me, it has so many ports and jacks behind it.(am I supposed to connect all of those?) Do I have everything I need to connect them to PC in the box or do I need to buy separate cables?
