My hisense chromebook is 14 months old and all of a sudden the screen started having lines going across it until you could no longer see anything but a faint outline of the desktop. I have tried to shut it dpwn and even tried to factory reset it, but nothing worked. It only turns on and off and u can see a faint outline of the mouse moving, but can't click on anything.
