how to connect a non-bluetooth projector to my bluetooth soudbar

Your projector has analog audio outputs. If it will output from them when using the HDMI input then you can connect a bluetooth transmitter to these audio outputs.
If not then you would also need an HDMI input selector with audio extraction to provide the audio output to connect to the transmitter.
If you only have one source and it has an audio output then you can connect the transmitter to it directly.,
I would use a wired connection to the soundbar if it has an aux analog audio input. Cheaper and better,
