If i remove stock subwoofer from my home theater which is not powered one and connected directly to amp and add a powered subwoofer will it reduce load from the amp.
Will reducing some load increase the sound throwing capacity? My amp delivers 350 watts of power.

Solution
If you connect a powered subwoofer that has speaker level inputs to your HTS and it's a better subwoofer then it will sound better and likely play louder. It isn't likely to make a any noticeable difference in the performance of the other speakers..
Power ratings in HTS systems (and subwoofers) are often exaggerated so making any comparison based on power specs isn't possible..
