Now I have no sound.

A notification (Toshiba Satellite bottom right corner) told me I have a sound problem (I wasn't aware of that) and told me to disable something??? which I did. Now I have no sound.

Assuming you're on windows, do this:
Click on windows start button > Type "Sound" > click on the "Playback" Tab > Select your default headsets or speakers.

Or

Click on the sound button on the bottom right > Click on the arrow pointing up and select your default sound playback
