Question about 3.5mm connectors

Hello,

Im going to buy the gsp 300 and the product says it doesnt use a usb to connect and instead uses 3.5mm connectors. Will i need anything else before purchasing this, like maybe a sound card? Thanks - i use a pc btw

Your motherboard should have built-in audio, and the ports are on the back of the tower (and possibly duplicated on the front as well). The 3.5mm connectors are colour coded so hook up is easy. Green is for Sound, and Pink is for the Mic. If you currently use desktop speakers as well, you would need to buy a cheap adapter to allow Audio out to go to both the speakers and headset ( something like THIS )
