Not much you can do with it at that point. Everything on a Stream is soldered to the motherboard. The error your getting points to Bad Drive, the storage chip must be bad or has failed. there is no way to recover the OS, factory partition, or reset that laptop in that condition. It will need a motherboard replacement, and given the cost and time involved in that type of repair, you might as well buy another Stream given how cheap they are.
