when a laptop put up hibbernating

My lappi is showing hibernating mode from a lot of time .pls tell me its solution with windows 10.

Press your Windows key and R together then in the Run box that shows up type
powercfg hibernate off
then hitc the Enter key.

You should see a Success message but if you don't, it may be because you don't have an administrator user account so ask some who has to do the job.
