AMD R9 M265X complicated issue

Any AMD driver installition instantly causing black screen/freeze, windows can never be normally - booted againYou can not boot to / login to windows unless amd drivers removed in safe modeBlack screen / Freeze is not random, appears permanently as soon as amd driver installition Troubleshootings below did not worked!GPU works fine under safe mode, and under normal mode windows boot ONLY without amd drivers installed and Thread_Stuck_In_Driver BSOD visible sometime.
Everytime i update my amd graphic drivers i always get a freezed screen or a blue screen crash saying : " Thread_stuck_in_device_driver".
The graphic driver i try to update is from AMD - AMD radeon r9 m265x.i use ddu to uinstall and reinstall drivers but still same issue.. i tried updating the latest AMD driver from driver easy software it finished downloading(100%) but when installing PC freezes.
so i cant use the graphic card to play games , and i have to play with the intel graphics 4600 which is really bad to games .

Are you installing the drivers from AMD or from Toshiba? Sometimes (if you're unlucky) notebook manufacturers will have changed something on the hardware that requires drivers adapted by them to work properly with you specific model.

So if you fetched the drivers directly from AMD, have a look at Toshiba's site whether they provide adapted drivers specific for your model.

I ve checked toshiba's site already they dont have the driver for win 10.. well.. i downloaded the the driver for win 8.1 to see if it'll work... but no positive result.

Okay, so I dug pretty deep trying to find out anything that might help.

1. I found out the last driver version provided by Toshiba is the Catalyst 14.8. While it doesn't officially support Windows 10, it is known that it works on most systems with Windows 10.
2. I found a rather interesting thread describing a similar problem to yours (though on older GPU models), where downgrading to Catalyst 14.8 solved the issue apparently (as well as using similarly-old Intel gfx drivers). A coincidence that Toshiba stopped support after this driver version? Could be, but that would be a rather big coincidence.
I'd guess that the people at Toshiba spotted the problem you're experiencing on the 14.9+ drivers from AMD, and chose to stop support altogether at that point to avoid the hassle of dealing with this.

Now, you GPU make is new enough to theoretically support the latest Crimson 17.7.2 driver. If you want to do it, you might yield results experimenting around a little.
The solution given in this thread seems worth trying it out.

have reinstall windows 10 already... I even downgraded to windows 8.1 still same issue... 

UPDATE: I managed to amd r9 m200 series via device manager using the "inf" method IN SAFE MODE.. I reboot system and install crimson 15.12 every thing was fine... but unfortunately when I plugged in AC power laptop freezes.. I forced shutdown to reboot and that was the end (sometimes freezes before password login or THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER .. I had go go back to safe mode to uninstall driver via ddu.. and windows is back to normal... I think this should be a hardware issue not software.. maybe I should consider replacing my motherboard because the graphic card in integrated. but if you have any suggestion pls share me... because replacing motherboard is risky and expensive.
