So I seem to be have hit a bit of a brick wall after the most recent Windows 10 update. I'm running an MSI GE72 2QD Apache Pro which comes installed with 12g of physical RAM, suddenly after the update, it's only showing 4g of physical RAM installed. Which makes even less sense to me, because theoretically it should be paired RAM, so I should at least have 6g showing.
I've tried updating the BIOS, running a check disk, gone through my msconfig to make sure that Maximum Memory isn't checked off, and I'm FAIRLY certain there was no power surges. In short, I've tried everything I can think of and could use some help.
