I have four tv that are connected to my old technomate box via coax cable, I wanna replace the box with an android box loaded with subscription IPTV but don't wanna strip the old coax cable in there so I need to get a device that can connect to my new android box and straight to my four tv's.

Solution
If your old box was connected with an RF splitter to your 4 TVs with coax cable then connecting an android box that way is going to be more complicated.
If the android box has an AV output then you could connect that to a RF modulator and connect that to the splitter.
If the box only has HDMI out then you would have use an active converter to change it to AV.
If you have an HD TV then I would use an HDMI distribution amp to split the HDMI and connect one output to the HDTV and the other to the converter for the other TVs. You won't get HD on the remote TVs.
