My laptop is HP 14-r219tx
I upgraded it to Windows 10, then when creators update came, it was so slow so I decided to downgrade to its original OS which is the windows 8.1. After fresh install of windows 8.1 using my USB, my laptop doesn't have the drivers. It can't connect to the ethernet(wired or cable(?)) and it doesn't have wi-Fi.

Solution
from a working pc go here and download the drivers to your working usb stick.

Update:
I saw "Network controller" in "other devices" on Device manager. I added Realtek 802.11 then my wi-Fi appeared but it says "no networks found", when I'm using the Ethernet cable, it says "Unidentified Network .." Other devices tab has 6 devices with attention icon or the triangle shaped yellow icon with exclamation point. The names are "3D video controller", PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing controller", PCI device, PCI simple communications controller, SM bus controller, and unknown device.
Ps. I'm so frustrated because I really need to connect to the internet because my exams are scheduled next week!

you need to install the intel chipset and med driver first then reboot. then you may need to install the last two intall chipset drivers. after those drivers are installed use the right network drivers to match up with your hardware. with your laptop there was a few network cards used.
