Laptop battery goes flat in 3-4 days powered off

I have an Acer E5-473G-56NC, and while I do not know the exact amount of time it takes for the battery to go flat, I do know that it is an unacceptable amount compared to an ASUS laptop only a year newer that loses 7% in the same time my Acer goes flat. I have taken it in under a warranty and the tech at Memory Express has said that it is giving normal behavior twice. Is there anything I can get them to change before my warranty runs out on the 8th of August to fix this problem, or is it just something I'll have to deal with?

get this and mayhaps try the checkup to determine the health of the battery? it is not unormal for batteries unable to retain power over time... then eventually stop working.

I'll try running that, but I have taken it into the computer store twice, and run a couple other tests myself, it is just odd that one computer takes a month to go flat while the other takes a week.
