HI, I am using

PC OMEN BY HP 870-168d :
Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz
Ram 16GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

So my question is can i upgrade GTX 960 to GTX 1080? I need more details on this, thank you for your time!

Solution
Yes you can. The 6700K will work well with the 1080 and if you're swapping your GTX 960, the GTX 1080 will take its place nicely on your motherboard.

The one word of caution is you will want to ensure that you have a sufficient power supply, as the 1080 draws 60W more than the 960. So NVIDIA recommend a 500W PSU with a GTX 1080, IMO a 500W is best bet also. But it depends on Overclocking and future expandability.

Just make sure its a good quality PSU. Cheapo = Danger.
