I need help finding a laptop that is mainly good for media. I want to be able to watch Netflix, browse the internet, and play some old games at LOW SETTINGS (i.e. Medieval Total war 2). I'm thinking of buying a used laptop which is following:
HP Pavilion HD Touch-screen Win 8.1 Notebook with beats audio and 1tb hard drive

Would this be a good buy for low end gaming, Netflix, and basic use? Also, price wise,this used laptop is worth 350$? Is that a good price?
If this isn't the a good laptop, could you please give me your opinion as to what is?
