MSI Laptop:
CPU: Corei7 6700HQ
GPU:GTX 1060m 6gb
HDD: 1TB
SSD: 128 GB
RAM: 16GB
ASUS Laptop:
CPU: Corei7 7700HQ
GPU: GTX 1060m 6gb
HDD:1 TB
SSD: 128GB
RAM 16GB

TLDR: they have same specification but Asus has better CPU and they are at same price in my country
Which one do you prefer?

From what I'm seeing, the Asus has a 6700HQ also, though it has a 256 GB SSD? The Asus is also 17.3" vs 15.6" for the MSI, so consider it'll be heavier and bulkier but run a bit quieter and have a bigger screen.

The specs aren't very specific, e.g. which model of SSD you're getting. If you're getting a Toshiba in the MSI (which is standard for the GT73VR) versus an off-brand on the Asus, I'd say that alone is a big factor, since the Toshiba is on-par with the Samsung 950.
There are a lot of other factors, too. MSI screens are also generally of higher quality, but again, post the exact specs from both sides and we'll see.
