I have couple of malfunctioning keys and have to get a new keyboard. Alas, none of the guidelines for dismantling UX32A I managed to find touch upon the subject. After opening her up, removing all the components, I face a large plastic plate, apparently glued to the inside of the palmrest - with the keyboard trapped inside. I'm hesitant about trying to forcefully remove it, breaking it in the process. I'm not even sure if it's doable, or if it's indeed (as some say) glued. Would it really be so that the entire palm rest has to be replaced?I found some replacement keyboards inside, so I wonder if there is a way after all. Anyone here had the experience and could share?
