there are so many types of MSI laptops that has almost same performance.which one would be the best for 4k video editing?

1. What is your budget?
- My budget is around 1300 USD

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
- Preferably between 15.6 and 17 inch

3. What screen resolution do you want?
- Full HD or higher

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
- I need a portable laptop,and can do heavy video editing.


5. How much battery life do you need?
- I need something that will last me for 4-7 hours.

- mine craft

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
- 4k video editing,premiere pro,3d video editing.

- SSD

I am sorry to say but with that budget you ain't going to be finding anything of real value for the purpose you need it for.

I can not recommand you models because there is a local market that decides wheter its worth it or not.

things you need to look out for:

reliable brand: Asus, msi, lenovo,hp.

g sync - removes screen tearing in gaming

screen , ips panel - great viewing angles and colours MUST

gpu at least a 1060 , perhaps a 1070

cpu i7 6700 or i7 7700 HQ

solid state drive - rapid load and store times at least 250 gb - MUST

It's not a must to buy a laptop with an ssd however it's a must to REPLACE it once you get it. Usually they overcharge you for a worse ssd than what you could've installed yourself.

disagreed, just always keep 10-15% free and make every 6 months a backup on an external harddrive, like with a reugular pc
