Is this malware?

For the past night or two, this screen pops up on my phone every few minutes. I deleted all the apps I downloaded since this started, cleared app cached data on my phone, and it still pops up. What should I do?

Since it constantly pops up, it is most likely to be malware. Check for apps that are most likely to do this kind of thing. (Since it asks to delete Youtube apk to "Boost" your phone, it may be a phone cleaner app or performance boosting application, try deleting anything like it.) If nothing else works, the best you can do for now is to reset your phone, backup its contacts and such and start fresh.
