Is My Laptop Dying?

I bought my ASUS X550V laptop just under 1 year and I have so many problems with it already. The biggest problem is that the laptop would crash/freeze randomly when I am using it. At first it only crash/freeze when I am playing games on it but after sometimes it will crash just from watching youtube videos. The worst part is that when the crash/freeze is over, and it stops freezing, there will be an annoying buzzing sound from my headphone even though I can hear the music from youtube.
And the buzzing sound only appears when I plug in my headphone and not from the laptop speaker. I tried other headphones but the buzzing sound is still there. Although I have not tried using an USB adaptor for my headphone. I have tried reinstalling the drivers for the audio but that still did not work.
The worst part is that the way to prevent this buzzing is to force shutdown my laptop by pressing the power button when my laptop is crashing/freezing. If I let the crash/freeze carry on and fix itself the buzzing sound will appear and to fix it I have to make it crash/freeze again and force shutdown to make it stop.
All I want to know is, is my laptop worth going for repairs or am I better of buying a new laptop? My laptop specs for reference are
ASUS X550V
Cpu: Intel core i7-6700HQ
Ram: 12GB
Memory: 256GB SSD
OS: Win10

Have you checked the temperatures of your CPU and GPU?

Have you tried a complete Windows reinstall? Sometimes it's the best way to attempt to fix unexplainable issues/hang-ups.

Hard to check considering the program i use to check will instantly put it back at room temperature once i reboot the laptop. But i don't think the temperature has anything to do with the crashing because it will still crash when my laptop is normal temperature(not supper hot or cold).

My friend recommended me to do just that but that seems very tedious because i have so many things in my laptop that i use that needs to be moved. is there a simple guide that you can tell me to make it easier consider i am not sure how to uninstall/re-install windows.

Back up your needed files and settings to an external drive. Make sure to save off your browser bookmarks, etc. Make a note of programs you have installed.

Reinstalling software usually goes pretty quickly once you get into it.

Have you ran a memtest or a hdd tune. memtest will test for error in memory which can cause freezes and hdd tune will test for error on your hdd.

okay first you dont need to do a fresh install just a repair of the original Os you have now. if this is the cause.
if its your CPU getting ready to go out. this is not a major problem if you know how to replace them.
if it s a IRQ assignment conflict this should be repaired when you do the windows repair. and just as stated before it is always best to backup your files and make a list of all your software you have installed that didnt come with the original OS install.
