would having 3 speakers at 450 watts be as loud as
having 2 speakers with 400 watts?
same brand same series powered speaker

gemini es-12p 12" speaker
3 speakers have 150 watts each. 3x150=450 watts

gemini es-15p 15" speaker
2 speakers have 200 watts each. 2x200=400 watts

would they be equally as loud?

What area are you trying to provide sound? Three speakers is an unusual configuration. If you have a stereo source the volume between channels would be unbalanced. If you had a single mono source with the three speakers daisy-chained, they would probably be louder.

i bought two 12" inch speakers already.....

i have one on each side of my table .... left and right...

seeking to get 3rd powered speaker for the middle of the table....

its just me in front of my computer

Then why are you asking about 3 speakers vs 2? If you only want 1. Loudness at 2ft won't matter.

If you want to use a center speaker get another ESP12P. That will give you a 3.0 system.
If you want more bass add a powered subwoofer. That will give you a 2.1 system.
If you just want louder get the sub and larger main speakers.
