No audio output on the TV means you can't connect a soundbar to the TV without modifying the TV.
Option 1. Connect a speaker to line level converter to the wires going to the internal TV speakers. That will provide an analog audio output for the soundbar.
Option 2. Connect the soundbar directly to your sources. You might need an HDMI input selector with audio extraction.
