How to software instal in recovery dvd

I have a 4 toshiba recovery dvd.but 1st dvd is corpted.
Pl help how to install drivers in recovery dvd.
I am install Windows with diwnlode iso file.
Laptop- toshiba f60 PQF60G-00K00E.

Not really sure what you are asking here, if you just need to install drivers you can download them all from Toshiba's support site using another computer.
Sounds like you already installed the base Windows correct?
