My Laptop is Clevo P770zm / Terrans Force x799-980M can't boot.

Yesterday, I use it to do my Essay. Then I play online game for 3 hours.
After the 4th hours, my laptop suddenly died down. I though it was too hot, so I just end it for the day and go to sleep. Today I start it and the indicator for power only flash green once then back to orange.

If it runs normally, the power indicator should be constantly shining green.

I've tried the following list:
1. Unplug my Ac Adapter and battery then hold the power button for around 30 seconds and 1 minute. Then plug the ac adapter and try to turn it on without battery.
2. Unplug my ram, clean it with eraser, then try to run my laptop with only 1st ram only, the second ram only and no ram.

None of that works.
Please help

Edit: no fans are on, no sounds, no logo with "F1-F12" displayed.

Ok, this is what I know about laptops with a power related issue. First of all you did the right thing with what you stated in number 1, however, now I need you to test the adapter instead of the battery. The best way is with a multi meter or you can do the opposite and unplug the adapter and put the battery back in and then try to start it. If it boots, then you got adapter issue. If this doesn't work, then the next logical step is to think about pulling the bios battery out testing the battery. If battery is good, then check for the charger jack, making sure that works. If it is not the jack, then it is probably the motherboard. There really isn't too much that can go wrong when it comes to power problems in a laptop. So check those things I stated.

Hello "Nerdy Nerd", I've tried your suggestion to plug the battery instead of ac battery, but it is not working.
Currently trying to test bios battery as you suggest

Thank you for Fast response

Hello

I have the same issue. Nothing worked for me as well. And it happened again right after the garantee is gone. :( I am so mad. This is the second time. I bought 2 laptops so far from an online shop and both died right after the garantee ran out. After only 2 years. This makes me so mad. :( So today a new power plug arrived and I tested it but it didn´t work. With the first laptop I had the same issues and it turned out that the motherboard died. I guess it is the same thing here. :(

Do not guess that it is the same thing here. Every computer is different. His might be a ram problem or might be the power jack, do not assume it is his motherboard without going through the normal troubleshooting steps.

same thing, motherboard dead after 1year + 15 days so warranty was off.
the power brick is OK....but the motherboard is dead. I wonder if the problem is coming on the power managment near the GPU and/or the internal battery. Mosfet died....in fact all capacitors etc. I looked at the scematic on the Power level and noticed there is no fuse, so if a problem occure it is the avanche.
Bref: fixing: 420USD + 150 shiping x 2 = too expensive.
For me and from what I am reading here and then...no more clevo based in a laptop. I would be better off with a HP made in plastic, at least I would not have payed a child's kidney.
