Laptop for watching movies online and from DVD burner

Hi guys!

I was wondering if you guys could recommend a laptop under 600 euros with a DVD burner (or at least reader) for watching movies and transferring MP3 files from the computer to an SD card (so it needs an SD card reader too. It would be nice if it would have an SSD, but it isn't a requirement. It's for my sister. She doesn't game, she just browses the web and watches movies.

I think the combo of an Intel I3 and 8gb of RAM (instead of an I5 and 4gb of RAM) would be best, but hey, what do I know?

Now, I live in the Netherlands, so some laptops from generally unknown brands might not be available.

Update: I found a laptop, and would like to know your opinion(s)

parts:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6200U (6th generation)
RAM: 8GB RAM (1x 8GB)
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 940MX (added bonus, didn't search for laptops with GPU's)
Storage: 1TB HDD 5400rpm (8GB ExpressCache)

It's complete with DVD burner, card reader and Windows 10 Home.

Medion is a German electronics company owned by Lenovo. Overall, it is pretty good and more than enough to meet your sister's needs. But since she does not play games the 940mx is basically useless and only serves to increase the price of the laptop.

Your original idea of purchasing laptop with a core i3 CPU (like the i3-7100u) would be cheaper and also still fulfill your sister's needs.

I understand that the GPU is basically useless, but it's the cheapest with 8gb of RAM, so the GPU is an added bonus.
