So i recently disassembled my acer aspire v 15 model v3-575 to find out what my ram is and where it is for when i want to upgrade it. When i put everything back to gather the screen now reads no bootable device. Any ideas what might have happened and how i can fix this problem?

Solution
The prime suspect would be the hard disk. Tap the relevant key to go into BIOS to see if the disk is recognised ad if it's not, you need to undo some screws again.

Go back in and make sure it's firm in the connection. It has only a slight off-angle to fail every time. It may have slipped on your way out, the way thiongs are designed these days.

Thank you that's exactly what the problem was, I tried that a few times b4 i saw this post and i guess each time i put it in wrong. I know i took it all apart to look and see what all the little pieces are and their purpose, the hard drive just wasn't inserted properly. You saved me a good$20-30 so thanks a bunch!!
