I'm looking for a new headphone because my headphone is no longer working greatly. I've been searching and what i'm interested with are the audio technica ath-m50x. I play CS:GO and many people say that the m50x has narrow soundstage and it's not so good for gaming. So are there any other option between audio technica, AKG, Sennheiser, turtle beach headphones? (Because those are the ones that my local shop sell, actually they also sell steelseries, razer, etc but some people say that it's better to avoid them so i'm going to avoid that). Oh yeah and also i like to listen to music (i usually listen to pop, edm, and blues).

Thanks. Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't know why people say to avoid SteelSeries... I've had two headphones from them (v2 and Siberia 650) and I've loved both. I was going to suggest SteelSeries.

Gaming and music both are great with Logitech G930 headphones if your local shop has them. The 7.1 surround sound helps with gaming, and it has great bass and general tone for music as well. It's also pretty likely they're on sale right now and fairly cheap.

I had a pair and they were probably the best headphones I've ever had.
