BACKGROUND INFO:
I recently upgraded the mobo, RAM, and CPU, nothing else was changed. The speakers I used in my previous build had no static noise.

PROBLEM:
These speakers on this new build are picking up static ambiently and static noise whenever I open up an application, scroll through a website, opening up a webpage, clicking files, and more.

SPEAKERS INFO:

Speakers model: iHOME iHM79BC Rechargeable Mini Speakers (Black)

The speakers use the USB port to power itself, while the speakers' uses a separate audio jack to actually play noise. The speakers itself can play normal audio as well, however it will always have a static noise in the background which is fairly loud. The speakers also can operate perfectly without static when the USB cord is unplugged as the speakers have their own battery. However, I prefer to have a peace of mind when I am on my computer and would like to leave the power USB connection intact the whole time.

Another fun fact, the speakers have a light on them. In my previous build, the light on them would turn off as I turned off the PC, now the lights stay on the whole time even when the PC is turned off and I would have to unplug the USB cord to turn the light off.

Would anyone know how to fix this static problem? Please?

USB mouse and keyboard?

The wired" USB cord" being used to recharge the speaker batteries via one of the computer's USB ports - correct?

What do the speaker lights that remain on truly indicate? Power, audio connection....?

Generally thinking that there has been a change with respect to the new power requirements of your overall upgraded system and that the USB ports may not be getting enough power.

Maybe the rechargeable speaker batteries are no longer what they should be with respect to holding a charge and being able to be recharged.

Consider a separately powered USB hub to power the speakers versus one of the computer's USB ports.

The usb mouse and keyboard i have is wireless and is also sometimes buggy since the keyboard needs a bit of a shake before it inputs what ive typed. this happens only once in a while.

the wired usb cord is used to recharge the speakers. yes they are connected from pc to speakers.

The speaker lights... i actually have no idea what they are indicating since when i turn them off, theyre still on if they are connected by usb. they only turn off if both the speakers are turned off and that it has been disconnected from usb.

I believe that the speaker batteries are sadly getting old too.

The solution was to use the wall outlet to power the speakers. i am only getting a slight buzz once in a while now, thanks.
