Battery not backup

Hi my laptop 15r 5521dell my laptop battery gives me approx 4 hours backup but last night i use my laptop it shows battery low then i connect charger normaly after 63% battery light goes whote to red colour and billing first time since i brought laptop then i disconnect charger but same time my laptop off afterthat my laptop not turned on with battery sapport only start with the helo off charger but my battery shows 63% charge plz give me salution for this problm

It sounds like you need a new battery. What you are seeing is pretty typical for when a battery is going/dying. It will hold less and less of a charge. It will often either show it only charges partially (to a certain %) and then stops, or it will seem to charge to 100% quickly as well as die out quickly.

Either way, it usually means you need a new battery.
