Okay, so i few days ago i tried to download a free to play game. everything was running smoothly until the game i was downloading asked me to change something with my IP address. I cant remember exactly what it asked because i was just clicking through the screens so that finish downloading it. (The game is Master X Master if that helps at all) now ever since that incident ive had trouble connecting to game servers in general. My pc can still connect to the internet just fine, i can still surf the web, i cant still watch videos, visit forums ect. but the MAIN issue is whenever i try to play ANY game online i cannot connect to the games server for longer than 10 seconds. once i boot up the game i instantly get dc'd and this happens %100 percent of the time. and even weirder is that the same problem is happening on all pc and gaming consoles throughout my whole house with the sme exact issue. my ps4 connects to psn but when i try to play multi player online i get dc'd. my pc can open battle.net but i dc's after sitting in the menu for more than 10 seconds.

ive tried everything i can think of. ive reset my modem ive reconfigured my ip ive messed with firewalls and the problem has not gone away. my internet provider is Grande comm. a Texas based company and ive finally just gave up and decided to get a Tech sent to my house, and i afraid the tech will just tell me that everything is fine with my internet and that the issue is with my devices instead. ive searched for solutions online and i have not found anything similar to my problem. any feedback would be great, im desperate for ideas. Thank you

so the grande tech fixed the issue. it was an issue with my tivo trying to communicate with both motems in the house. he put a blocker on it or something to stop the tivo from trying to connect to it.
If you changed an IP address you may have duplicated an IP address already in use on your network. Or otherwise put in place an IP address (DHCP server or DNS server) that is not what it should be.

So all of your network devices are getting confused and game play suffers.

Can you run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) from your computer?

And try to remember what IP address you changed, what you changed it to, and where you changed it.
