I apologize if this is not the appropriate place for this question, but I'm at wit's end and Facebook Support is completely worthless.

Long story short, last Tuesday my non profit Facebook page simply stopped allowing me to post ANY sort of content. No pictures, no text posts, and I can't even change the settings.

No error or ban message is returned, it either loads endlessly or doesn't respond period.

I've tried this account on 3 computers and one mobile device, and all return same the results... except for the mobile device, the mobile Facebook app will return the vague error message "Facebook has stopped working" when I try to do anything on the page.

Posting regular updates on this Facebook page is one of my jobs, so my back is really against the wall here if I can't solve this problem.

If it would help, here is the Facebook page causing me problems:

Solution
I was able to solve this for my page. I logged into the broken account from the Android app which seemed to work as expected. From there I could access the page roles and add another user as an Admin. After that, the added user is able to administer the page as expected from the web client.

I think I've found some more insight on this problem.

The admin user, IE the user Im logging into is just a blank slate. When trying to login through facebook, the user is simply known as "Null User". Im beginning to think this peculiar cropped up because for whatever reason, the admin account on the page is now this weird phantom account.

I think I'm seeing the same behavior for a page that I own. When I attempt to add an admin to the page roles, the button gets grayed out and otherwise there is no UI feedback. I tried digging through the outgoing requests but it wasn't helpful. I concur that this seems like an auth issue where the user itself is no longer the admin of the page.

Have you tried password reset? It's a measure I've yet to try because I'm having trouble contacting the original social media person who owns the admin email.
