Solution
1.Try going to the Device manager, then going in the option Universal Serial Bus controllers, and select the sub-option USB Root Hub and then go to Actions and click on Uninstall. Now, the USB driver will be uninstalled. To reinstall it, simply restart the computer. Tell me if that helps!

2. Also try to do a clean boot by going to the System Configuration and then go to Services tab, then click Disable all. Now, open the task manager and go to the Startup tab, there also, select the programs and one-by-one Disable them by clicking the Disable button on the bottom right.

After doing these both, if the problem still persists, please tell me.

You mean your keyboard-on-the-laptop is working but the keyboard you connect isnt working, and a mouse you connect isnt working, and the touchpad-on-your-keyboard is not working right?
That is not supposed to happen. hmm...

Also, if your touch pad is not working, then follow the step 1 as i said before but select the Mice and other pointing devices option instead the of the Universal Serial Bus controllers and select the sub-option touch pad and click on the Actions drop down menu and select uninstall, and then restart the PC to reinstall.

If this works, or doesnt work, do tell me.

Regards.
