As of right now, I have a 2.1 system connected to my desktop PC. Soon I will be getting a laptop for college and I want to bring my speakers with me, but I don't know if I can effectively use them with a single output port on my laptop. I have Cerwin Vega XD3s which consist of a master speaker and a slave speaker, so there is only one cord for input for both speakers. Then I have a Polk PSW10 subwoofer that also has one input cord.
My plan was to use this (https

Is there any way to do this effectively?
I figured I could connect the speakers and sub with a y-splitter to combine the signal and then use another to split it back into a left and right signal but I don't know if it will work how I am thinking it will.
Any advice?
