his graphics card is better, an i7 isnt better than an i5 for gaming.

considering : (information taken from web page called CanIRunit? :

Grand Theft Auto V Recommended Requirements
CPU: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB / AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB

Seems the only obstacle is the amount of ram

are you playing wired or on wireless ?

Yeah I know, you can replace the RAM stick easily.

If you'll run it right now in somewhere in Southern Europe, at 46 degrees outside and 32 degrees inside the house, you better buy some air conditioning system.... I have problems with the Division running (but that's also about net connection)... get some cooling pad for the laptop also (and some mem, as the guys recommended)

The issue is not compatibility of the memory modules.

NEVER "hotswap" memory into a powered on system. NEVER. This is the fastest way to a dead system you can find, short of a sledgehammer.

Swapping in is fine, with the system properly powered down.
