Plsss I really need ur help so I was just playing critical ops for 5 mins and it just automatically frozed my cursor wont move and when I press my buttons it does nothing plsssssss help i really need help now

Hold in the power button for about 10 seconds, laptop should turn off. See if it's working after that. If it locks up again it may be due to overheating, check the system to make sure it's clean, clean out fans, dust, if the computer is older than a year you may want to re-do the heatsink with new thermal paste.
