Hi, I have had this TV for YEARSSSSS and I rarely use it. I use it for blu ray on my PS3 sometimes but lately a kid I watch uses it to play games. When suddenly it was saying no signal on all the inputs. I reseted the TV and the PS3, switched out HDMI cables, Tried my computers monitor for the PS3 with no luck and tried my PC on the tv and that worked for 5 seconds with the resolution at like 480 x 480, with a popup saying "HDMI set to DVI connection, use HDMI1 with Audio 3". Any ideas? is it my PS3 or my TV? Is it both? I am lost..

I do have cats that lay on my PS3 but they also lay on my PC without a problem. I really do not wanna go around buying new TVs and consoles, and HDMI cables til one of them fixes it. So any solutions or ideas would be greatly welcomed.

That looks to be a 1080 resolution screen so nothing unusual. When the TV is connected can you change the resolution in display options on the computer?

A PS3 should just work over HDMI with a TV, they are made for that specifically. Sounds like there is something wrong with the TV more than your devices.
If the TV is not working on any input with difference sources, sounds like a bad TV. Is your computer connected directly with an HDMI cable? Did you listen to the TV and check the HDMI ports for how they are configured? Try something else on the TV to make sure it does not work with any source on HDMI?

It shows the computer now but still with the message pop and in the 480 x 480 resolution via a DVI to HDMI cable, I just now tried with a plain HDMI cable and the same pop up came up and the resolution was still 480

And currently nothing is connected via HDMI, I tried each port with the same cable and each port showed the same pop up and blah, but still wont display my PS3 (A update to the PS3 is I got it to work on my monitor, I just had to use the new HDMI cable AND reset it while connected to my monitor). I also can still go to the menu page, the static shows up for the TV side (cause I don't have cable) and I can see the USB screen as well. So I know the TV display still works and the HDMI ports CAN detect my PC although in a broken way and my PS3 works but wont display at all on my TV. I wonder if my TV is set to some weird resolution and for the life of me I can't figure out where I would be able to fix that if that is the case, and that weird resolution is causing the PS3 not to display on it and make my PC look weird on it.
