0,p and [ keys are not working in my keyboard

Hi all

i have Lenovo G710 laptop working on windows 10
(0,p and [) keys are not working in my keyboard i even change my keyboard
with a new original one and same problem exists

any idea why? and how can i solve this issue?

Try this...

1. Uninstall the keyboard driver.
2. Reboot the computer (without reinstalling the driver).
3. When it restarts, it should reinstall the driver on its own.

You may also want to try updating the Synaptics Driver if the above doesn't help.

Recently I've been trying to fix a LG laptop with keys not working, uninstalling keyboard driver from device manager did nothing, trying a USB keyboard worked fine thus I proceeded to open check the connection which was fine, in that case next is use some pure alcohol and clean connector and cable if that fails then check keys themselves if that fail get a new keyboard.

If you updated the synaptics driver, uninstalled the driver from device manager and rebooted forcing windows to reinstall the driver itself .....also checked the cable of keyboard is seated correctly on the motherboard or even replaced laptop keyboard then motherboard connection for the keyboard is faulty. Otherwise I don't what else the issue could be.

I have this problem, too. If those keys don't display when you type them or type the key twice for some single clicks, then this solution might work for you. Spontaneously type the keys that don't work for a long period of time. Don't do it for too long or you'll tire yourself doing it. Kinda like "p0;;0[p;0[p;0[p;0[p;0[[p;0[p;0[p0;[-[pp;0[-p0[;0p". It will be like exercising the keys. It might work temporarily, but at least this is a simple solution that works whenever you want. If it doesn't work, then I'm sorry.
