cant connect to the internet

hello
i recently downloaded some programs that reduce ping and i ended up downloading a chinese program which fked up my whole computer
and in my case i cant connect to browsers and i cant open my anti virus and some games and apps i cant open them too
the internet status is shown to be connected but when i search google in the browser its tells me cant connect to server
i need help if anyone knows how to solve it and its seems its a virus

I personally would just pull any personal information off the PC (documents, pics, videos, etc) put them on a thumb drive or external HD, then do a factory reset or a re-install of Windows. You could try and get an antivirus on there by installing it on a thumb drive then transferring it to your PC or something, but there's a good chance that the malware you have is pretty deeply rooted in your system, and might not get completely cleaned by a malware scan.

If you don't want to reset Windows, I'd go into programs and features, delete anything that could possibly be related to the virus. Then I'd start Windows in safe mode, and try to get a malware scan to work. Here is a good link with some information for combating malware on your PC.

Have you tried looking for the program or any unknown programs in the Control Panel? Or check the Task Manager for offending .exe programs? Usually, they will have high CPU or memory usage. You can also attempt to look in the Program File folder and x86 Program Folder and attempt to delete any weird/unknown program folders which may delete the offending .exe. If there is any folder that doesn't want to be deleted, take a look inside at the .exe name, look for that .exe in your Task Manager and attempt to stop it from running.

Make sure first that your internet connection has no issue at all by means of contacting your internet provider. If you think it's really virus that is responsible to such inconvenience, you might as well scan your pc first.
