My Asus GL553 is only a few months old. When i turn it on, the Asus logo sometimes blinks then a black screen appears. This problem persists until i restart the laptop. However, after a period of time, it takes countless restart for the Windows to boot after the logo. I tried to connect it to an external monitor, but nothing is showing. When i went to an Asus store, they told me it might be a software problem. I tried to clean uninstall the windows 10, this helps but the problem is still there, it only lessen it until it becomes gradually worse again. I really need to know if this is a software problem that i can fix or it is confirmed a hardware problem so i can take it to the store. Thanks.
