Solved! Toshiba laptop won't start up in Windows...i got it to start in the boot menu but cannot find a place to reset factory setting

Lost a drive for Windows when I uninstalled AVG program...bought computer used and password is an issue when I try to use wizard to repair windows..can get to "boot menu", but cannot find restore to factory settings...
 
Solution
Most people won't tell you because it is in fact against the rules. Download konboot and put it on a usb using instructions found else ware on the internet. And boot off of it. Once the pc is booted log in to the old user account by clicking on it and then pressing enter and nothing else. Then set up a new account and delete that one.
