Dell Inspiron 15 7559 Help

So I opened up my Dell Inspiron 15 7559 because I wanted to replace the thermal paste on my CPU and GPU, then I placed everything back together and turned it on. It was working for about 15 minutes until it turned off by itself and now it won't turn on at all. When I plug the charger into the laptop, the chargers' light just turns off. Help please

The CPU in that laptop would use speed stepping to slow down if you got the thermal paste wrong, so it is probably not that. The GPU is probably cooked.
