Problems with streaming, buffering and wrong movies.

I have Amazon Prime firestick and I hope this isn't already posted somewhere, and I am sorry if I am repeating something already addressed. I quite often get a message that says "no streaming available." I will also be watching a movie/TV show and it will start buffering - tasks forever and once it is done buffering it may do it again later in the show.

Also, latest thing is that I pulled up a movie to watch and the movie that showed up was not the movie I requested.... ??? I am really really new to this so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you using one of the hacked firesticks that have shady movie stream programs installed on it? Or is this actually from Amazon Prime streaming?

If you are actually using Amazon service on it, sounds like you have a poor quality WiFi connection.
